• Job title : Labor Care Supervisor
• Qualifications:
• Education: any Graduate
• Gender: Male
• Other Requirements:
1) KSA driving license or Indian light driving license
2) Negotiation skills with Labor dealing back ground
3) Issue resolving techniques and have experience of dealing with crowd / mass number of workers
4) Leadership and Strong personality with Strong interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities:
1 Liaison between SAED and client
2 Manage worker’s issues on lower basis and escalate issue immediately to SAED on severity basis
3 Collecting data of all workers with client and provide to SAED (when needed)
4 Brain storming to workers about their roles responsibilities and duties
5 Implementing SAED policies on workers
6 Informs SAED on any issue regarding worker’s work and problems with client
7 Induction to workers about policies and guidelines of work in Saudia
8 Collect data of workers
9 Taking and record phone calls of workers for their issues
10 Visiting client’s site to investigate the issues related to strikes
11 Sending workers to hospital and arranging facility to them etc….
