Job DescriptionWe have urgent vacancies for “AFTER SALES MANAGER” position for an reputed automobile division. Position : AFTER SALES MANAGER Job Description 1.} As the Aftersales Manager, he will be responsible for delivering a great customer experience by implementing and managing robust processes. 2.} The person should have the skills and experience to manage a large team. Maintain and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). 3.} Overall objective as Aftersales Manager will be to develop and maintain the current customer base, increase efficiency, turnover and profits to exceed set budgets. 4.} Maximise aftersales profitability through the sale of labour and parts 5.} Managing productivity and efficiency levels of the workshop. 6.} Sales of added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties, all of which are key to the department’s financial success. 7.} To manage the training and development program for the team to meet the Brand requirements. 8.} Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and ensure all health and safety requirements are complied with. 9.} Reviewing claims status with Warranty Controller on a daily basis. 10.} Maintain close working relationships with Franchise by attending meetings, ensuring dealer standards are met and systems and procedures are complied with, whenever commercially viable.
Eligibility Criteria: 1.} At least 8-10 years experience in a similar role running a franchise automotive Aftersales workshop. 2.} Strong leadership skills, particularly the ability to lead by example. 3.} Motivate team to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. 4.} Keen eye for details, able to review data and refine processes. 5.} Excellent communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. 6.} A track record of delivering turnover and net profit growth 7.} Must have good technical skills and management of personnel and material resources 8.} Proficiency in Computer and Automotive software. 9.} Candidate should be from engineering background with above relevant experience.
