Position : HR MANAGER {GROUP LEVEL} Job Description 1.} Liase with various Group Companies and Sponsored Companies’ Managers for their HR/Admin related requirements. 2.} Oversee process/functioning of visa processing, applications, medical and legal submissions relating to statutory formalities as applicable to employees. 3.} Supervise Employee Compensation Department. 4.} Supervise Recruitment Department and selection process. 5} Ensure all HR related legal issues are dealt within an appropriate timescale and in compliance with laid down requirements. 6.} Oversee employee accommodation facilities to ensure that employees are appropriately accommodated. 7.} Manage, maintain and ensure good job environment for each employee. 9.} Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 10.} Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization. 11.} Nurture a positive working environment. 12.} Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 13.} Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 14.} Report to management and provide decision support. 15.} Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 16.} Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Requirements 1.} Degree in Human Resources or related field 2.} Age between 35 and 45 years. 3.} Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position. 4.} Prior work experience in Gulf countries will be an added advantage. 5.} Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic will be an added advantage). 6.} Computer proficiency. 7.} Experience in Human Resources Policies & Procedures. 8.} Good interpersonal skills. 9.} High energy and positive attitude.
Salary Package Basic Salary : 12- 15k HRA : Furnished Accommodation Provided Transport : 1k Air Ticket : Economy Class Annual Ticket for self Medical Ins. : For self Life Ins. : For self Leave : 30 days after completion of 12 months of service.
